1. Client consultation
In confirming product plans, we meet clients regarding requests, consultation on budgets and production scale, etc.

2.Presentation and information gathering from the planning and design stages
We research desired products for import, and investigate import conditions and countries that are most appropriate for exporting the products.

3. Investigation of local factories and product costs
We narrow down, determine, and report to clients whether manufacturers can satisfy client demands regarding product specifications, costs, trade conditions, and delivery dates.

4. Estimate requests, local factory meeting, production sampling, and other operations
After a manufacturer is selected, we visit the manufacturer’s headquarters, check the manufacturer’s local factory, and request sample production at that stage.

5. Negotiation of costs, conditions, etc. with local parties plus execution of contract
In confirming product plans, we meet clients regarding requests, consultation on budgets and production scale, etc.

6.From order placement to detailed meetings, managing production/delivery schedules, and inspecting products
We have meetings at the local side and manage production.

7. Import procedures and implementation, plus on-site product delivery

8. Supporting customers with follow-up maintenance after product delivery
Product repair and maintenance support varies by product.
